Vidovdan Race Brčko - Vidovdan Road Race
The 10 kilometers athletic race, which is held every year as part of the Vidovdan festivities (June 25th to June 28th) was organized for the first time in 1996. The world's best athletes of the 10K races have taken part in this event. In addition to the official 10km race, the Vidovdan Race is known all over the world for its children's program in which about 5,000 children participate every year. The race traditionally starts with babies crawling 10 meters, and then continues with the most massive races "Bubamara" (children aged 2 to 4) and races Ciciban and Pionir, with distances adjusted to the age of the participants. Since 2002, the Vidovdan Race has been added to all European and world athletic calendars. In 2004, the Vidovdan Race officially joined AIMS (Association of International Marathons and Distance Races).
